About Me

I am a compassionate and skilled counsellor with experience supporting individuals through bereavement, grief, and significant loss, as well as a range of other emotional challenges—from social anxiety and bipolar disorder to addiction, trauma, and more.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s troubling you and begin to reconnect with yourself. I integrate a person-centred approach with experiential and relational therapies to help clients tailoring my work to your individual needs. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, identity issues, or simply feeling stuck, I welcome all parts of your experience with compassion and without judgment. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful foundation for healing and growth, offering you the safety to reflect, process, and move forward at your own pace.
Since qualifying, I have provided face-to-face, online, and telephone counselling in both short- and long-term formats across established Gloucestershire settings, including private practice.
Before training as a therapist, I completed an MA in Social Research at the University of Leeds. My background in social science and research gave me insight into how societal structures and pressures shape our emotional well-being. I became deeply interested in how people navigate modern life—balancing expectations, relationships, and the search for authenticity. Yet, what I found missing in this work was a connection to my own healing. Through personal therapy and inner work, I developed a profound appreciation for the therapeutic process and its ability to create lasting change. This experience led me to retrain as a therapist and continues to shape how I work today.

I bring a perspective that considers both personal struggles and the wider social contexts that influence them. My aim is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing in a way that feels right for you.
