My Approach
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s troubling you and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you make sense of your experience and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

At the heart of my practice is a Person-Centred approach, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can reflect, process, and find clarity. Alongside this, I draw on a range of experiential and relational therapies to deepen the work, tailoring my approach to your unique needs.

How I Work
Therapy with me is a collaborative and relational process. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a vital part of healing. Over time, this connection creates the trust and space needed to explore difficult emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be shaping your life.
Some challenges stem from past experiences, even when we’re not consciously aware of them. Therapy allows us to gently uncover and process these deeper layers, helping you feel more at ease in yourself and your relationships.

I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches to support this process, including:
Somatic (Bodily) Focusing
By tuning into bodily sensations, we can uncover insights beyond words. This helps process emotions and release tension that may be held in the body.

Emotion-Focused Techniques
Rather than avoiding difficult emotions, we work to engage with them as messengers—allowing you to process and understand feelings that may feel overwhelming or stuck.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps us work with different parts of ourselves—some of which may feel conflicted or in tension with each other. By approaching these parts with curiosity and compassion, we can create greater inner balance and self-acceptance.

Relational Therapy
How we experience relationships—past and present—affects how we feel about ourselves and others. Therapy offers a space to explore these dynamics and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating.

Spiritual & Existential Exploration
If relevant to you, I also integrate spiritual or existential themes into our work. This can be particularly helpful during times of loss, transition, or when questioning meaning and purpose in life.

Areas I Work With
This integrative approach is particularly helpful for:
Anxiety and depression
Grief and loss
Relationship difficulties
Processing trauma and past experiences
Navigating life transitions
Exploring meaning, purpose, and self-connection
Moving Forward
Therapy is not about fixing or changing who you are—it’s about deepening your relationship with yourself, making sense of your experiences, and finding new ways to move forward. My role is to offer a compassionate and grounded presence, helping you explore whatever is coming up with care and curiosity.

Each person’s journey is unique, and we will work at your pace, honouring what feels right for you.
